Event Venues Information.

All Events are taking place inside Chileno Bay Residences. (Not to be confused with the Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel)

Friday, April 19th. Pickleball Tournament. Starting from the Main Gate straight go through Paseo de Chileno and then to your right on Gaviota street you will see the park and the Pickleball Courts.

Parking is limited, only for golf carts. Transportation will be provided from Solaz and Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel.

9:45 am Departure from Solaz Hotel

9:50 am Departure from Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel

Return transportation to both hotels at 1:00 pm.

Welcome Party. Proceed through Paseo Chileno all the way to the bottom (1) marked as (1) street on the map.

Transportation will be provided from Solaz and Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel

4:45 pm Departure from Solaz Hotel

Return transportation to both hotels at 9:00 pm.

Saturday, April 20th. Ceremony. Proceed through Paseo Chileno but instead of moving forward you go down the first street Gaviota. (3) on the map.

Transportation will be provided from Solaz and Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel

4:45 pm Departure from Solaz Hotel

4:50 pm Departure from Chileno Bay Auberge Hotel

Return transportation to both hotels at 11:00 pm and 2:00 am.

For the Reception. We will be providing transportation from the Ceremony Space to the Reception at La Huerta as you must go down through the bridge at El Tule and then go back Up. Once you are out of the Chileno complex, take your first right down through the unpaved road, and turn to your left, under the bridge, and then go straight up the security gate. Once you go through, you will follow the unpaved street straight until you see the barn!  Turn right and you will enter La Huerta.

Sunday, April 21st. Casa Drazan for Brunch. House Name is HV03, and you go through Paseo Chileno, then go down the first street Gaviota (3) and then go on your first left Calle Conejo (6).

Viernes 19 de abril. Torneo de Pickleball. Partiendo desde la Puerta Principal en línea recta  por Paseo de Chileno, doblen a la derecha en calle gaviota, ahí, verán el parque y las canchas de pickleball. 
El estacionamiento sólo es para Carritos de Golf. Se proporcionará transporte desde Solaz y Chileno Bay Auberge.

Para la Recepción. Estaremos brindando transportación desde el Espacio de Ceremonia hasta la Recepción en La Huerta ya que hay que bajar por el puente en el Tule y luego volver a subir. Saliendo del complejo de Chileno, la primera bajada al lado derecho y luego pasas debajo del puente y a tu izquierda para subir de nuevo a la carretera llegas a la otra caseta de seguridad y te vas derecho por la calle sin pavimentar y del lado derecho encontrarás la Huerta.
 
Domingo 21 de Abril. Casa Drazan para Brunch. El nombre de la casa es HV03 y pasa por Paseo Chileno, luego baja por la primera calle Gaviota (3) y luego toma la primera calle a la izquierda, Calle Conejo (6).
